  • The goal of this survey is to assist in evaluating the employment service options the County offers clients of MFIP, DWP, and SNAP.  Please complete this survey and submit when complete.  This survey contains no identifying information and is completely anonymous.

    CareerForce is a valuable resource in the community.
    Employment service providers help link participants with other resources available in the community.
    COORDINATION:
    Employment service providers work well together to maximize benefits for participants.
    Participants can access resources from all of the employment service providers, regardless of which agency they work with.
    The different employment service providers each have specific strengths to help participants.
    Employers in the community know what employment service providers do.
    QUALITY:
    Employment services are easy to access and use.
    Employment services help people with medical and mental health conditions become more economically stable.
    Racial, ethnic, and immigrant disparities are adequately addressed by the current employment services system.
