Solid Waste, Ordinance No. 45
The Environmental Services Department has many policies and ordinances reflect those ideals to keep our environment clean and keep our items out of the landfills where possible. There are rules regarding many types of items including hazardous and medical waste. Others include things like appliance disposal, concrete, furnace ash, and securing loads in transit.
