St. Louis County's Continuous Improvement (CI) program is an ongoing effort to increase efficiency and effectiveness to best serve the public. The goal is to empower employees to find ways to improve how they do their work and improve the public services they provide.
The Sustainability Workgroup was established in the Fall of 2021 and will be focusing on what the County is doing to address issues of sustainability and climate change.
