St. Louis County strives to improve the lives of county residents through housing opportunities and community development.
The County partners with local units of government, local agencies, organizations, and businesses to develop and implement strategies that will assist in strengthening communities through these resources:
St. Louis County seeks public comment on its 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) prior to its submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The 2023 CAPER details activities undertaken with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), program funding. Included in the 2023 CAPER are activities undertaken with Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act funding provided through these programs. The comment period is July 15, 2024, through July 30, 2024.
