CDBG Project-Leonidas

St. Louis County receives CDBG funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and distributes the funding to local communities and non-profit agencies through an annual competitive process. 

Eligibility

Cities, townships, and non-profit agencies within St. Louis County but outside the Duluth city limits.

In response to stakeholder feedback, in the fiscal year 2024, the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application process is moving to an online program.
