Apply for ZoomGrants
In response to stakeholder feedback, in the fiscal year 2024, the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application process is moving to an online program. ZoomGrants will streamline processes for both applicants and the advisory board. each paperless application will be evaluated and scored online by advisory board members based on how it meets the criteria listed in the scoring rubric below.
ZoomGrants offers an array of training resources through ZoomGrant University (linked below). St. Louis County Community Development staff will additionally be able to offer support as needed through virtual meetings and in-person support. County staff have created insightful content that should assist with this process whether you are the applicant or an advisory board member. The FY 2024 CDBG program year will run from May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. Successful applicants will have a contract term of May 1, 2024, through October 31, 2025, allowing time to complete projects and draw funds. Successful applicants will be held to requirements in the contract and will need to supply file requirement documentation.
