Purpose: To announce a public comment period for amendments to the Community Alternative Care (CAC), Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) and Developmental Disabilities (DD) waiver plans before submission to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
Comment period begins: 8 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025
Comment period ends: 4 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, 2025
