In St. Louis County, there are a variety of housing resources for home-owners, renters, homeless persons, and developers. 

Home Owner Financial Assistance

St. Louis County provides funding to agencies that deliver home buyer education, down payment assistance, and funding for a county-wide rehabilitation program.  
 

Rental Financial Assistance

St. Louis County provides funding to agencies that deliver renter support services. The County does not currently fund a rental rehabilitation program. Financial assistance may be available through these sources below.
