Comprehensive Land Use Plan & Ordinances

 
 
The Land Use Division is responsible for the administration and enforcement of land use regulations for county-administered areas through Subdivision Ordinance 60 and Zoning Ordinance 62. Additionally, the division administers the Floodplain Ordinance 69 and Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act for select areas of the County.
