Subdivision Ordinance 60 Amendments Approved by County Board
The St. Louis County Planning Commission and County Board have approved amendments to the St. Louis County Subdivision Ordinance 60. St. Louis County has been working for the past year to review Subdivision Ordinance 60 for any necessary changes as a part of an ongoing review process. The Planning Commission established a workshop to discuss the details of the ordinance language and has periodically discussed revisions during their monthly business meeting. The Planning Commission voted to forward Subdivision Ordinance 60 to the County Board with the recommendation to approve the amendments on April 14. 2022. The St. Louis County Board formally approved the amendments on May 24, 2022.
Board of Adjustment (BOA)
The Board of Adjustment (BOA) is made up of seven (7) members and is responsible for the following duties:
1. To hear and decide requests for variances from the county's official controls.
2. To hear and decide appeals of administrative decisions relating to county official controls.
