Employee Wellness

The Total Wellness program offers you many ways to become involved. We offer five categories of wellness so that everyone feels they can participate in some way.  Participants  can earn a Visa loaded gift card up to $100 by obtaining points over five categories of wellness throughout each program year. When you enroll you will receive one of the  incentive gifts below, a Total Wellness Program tracking card and Total Wellness Program Guide.  Employees REGISTER via your internal wellness page. Eligible spouses, dependents over the age of 18 and retirees please contact Tiffany Kari, karit@stlouiscountymn.gov for registration access.
