Important information related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Due to the rate of COVID-19 spread in St. Louis County, face masks are required to be worn in all county buildings regardless of vaccination status. 

We continue to encourage people to contact us by phone or email for further help.


Instructions to remotely apply for and/or maintain financial assistance.

Drop boxes are available outside the buildings for people to leave paperwork and payments at any time for any of the departments in these buildings.

Additionally, our staff has assembled a directory of helpful resources available in the community.


The Public Health & Human Services Department touches the lives of tens of thousands of St Louis County residents every year.
