The Heading Home Advisory Council is the community-directed entity responsible for oversight of homelessness planning, coordinating, and funding activities in the St Louis County Continuum of Care (CoC).  The board meets monthly to vote on key issues that impact federal, state, county, and local stakeholders.  There are also committees that meet to work on detailed proposals: Housing Response Committee; Advocacy and Planning Committees (North and South); Evaluation and Planning Committee; Youth Committee; Ad Hoc Veteran Committee; and others.  This website contains relevant information and documentation for these committees – including agendas and minutes – and will be updated as needed.
