St. Louis County is preparing for the 2026 construction season for county highway and bridge projects. In preparation for the construction season, a utility coordination meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 1st, 2026, from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm. There will be an in-person and virtual option provided for this meeting. The in-person meeting will be held at the St. Louis County Public Works Department Virginia Office located at 7823 Hwy 135, Virginia, in the Large Downstairs Training Center. The virtual meeting link can be accessed below. This meeting will include both highway and bridge projects. The purpose of this meeting is to review potential conflicts with existing utility facilities, resolve conflicts, and find solutions to relocate utility facilities in an orderly and efficient manner.
