Important information related to COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

As always, you are able to complete your applications online or submit them in the mail. You are encouraged to call or email staff if you need any assistance. In addition, drop boxes are available for people to leave paperwork and payments at any time at the Hibbing Annex building and the Government Services Centers located in Duluth, Virginia and Ely.
Furthermore, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all public hearings and meetings for the following will be conducted virtually by telephone or other electronic means until further notice:

• Board of Adjustment
• Land use
• On-site wastewater
