Important notice for visitors to the Courthouse in Duluth: effective Monday, March 30, the 2nd Street entrance will be closed to the public. Visitors may enter the building through the main entrance off the Civic Center/Priley Drive or via the skywalk from the 3rd Street ramp.

HRA-AEOA-Youth-Foyer-Virginia

The St. Louis County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) was created in 1988 in accordance with Minnesota statutes and has the same powers as a municipal HRA. Its primary area of operation is in jurisdictions that do not have their own HRA. The St. Louis County HRA can operate in communities with an HRA by invitation.

The St. Louis County Board serves as the HRA governing board and the county Economic and Community Development Director serves as the HRA Executive Director.
