The Service Center provides easy ground access, plenty of parking and comfortable lobby seating. We are located off Trinity Road on the east side of Miller Hill Mall. We also feature a fast "license tab renewal only" line. We have a one hour drop box if you would like to drop off your motor vehicle or DNR renewal and we will have them ready for you in an hour. Or if you prefer, we have a drop box where you can drop off your motor vehicle or DNR renewal and we will mail your new license tabs/plates/decals the next work day. You can also drop your property tax payments here as well.

The Service Center exists to bring convenience to the citizens of the County by providing services of State, Federal, and County agencies. We are self sustaining and rely only on the transaction fees we receive. We do not place a financial burden on St. Louis County while serving it's citizens. We are working closely with the State to improve our service to you. We use technologies where possible to improve efficiencies. We are continually working to keep up with your expectations and your feedback is essential in that effort. We thank those familiar with us for their patronage and invite the rest of you to let us help service your needs.
