Top Salary Information

Minnesota Statutes section 471.701 requires that a city or county with a population of more than 15,000 must annually notify its residents of the positions and base salaries of its three highest-paid employees. For St. Louis County, titles and salaries as of January 1, 2024 are:

County Administrator: $236,246

County Attorney: $199,784

Deputy County Administrator: $194,334

Public Health & Human Services Director:  $194,334

Public Works Director:  $194,334
