On January 26, 2024, Investigators from the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office and the Duluth Police Department located and arrested LUKE ROBERT NORLUND, DOB 12/20/1988, who is believed to be involved in numerous vehicle break-ins throughout the city of Duluth and Midway Township.
