Drop boxes will be staffed and available for take-back events from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the St. Louis County Sheriff's offices in Virginia and Hibbing. On April 14, 2024 at 1529 hours, the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a report of a detached garage fire in the 5500 block of Pine Hill Road in Midway Township where it was reported a garage was on fire and it was starting to spread towards the house. No injuries reported.
