The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office has become aware of a number of scam calls attempted in our area. 

Today, before the Honorable Judge Rebekka Stumme, Tarius Lovejoy, 25, was sentenced to 48 months for a sexual assault that occurred in Carlton County and 76 months for a separate but related sexual assault that occurred in St. Louis County, announced St. Louis County Attorney Kim Maki. 

On September 13th, 2026, around 12:45 A.M., The St. Louis County Sheriff's Office responded to an ATV rollover near the 8100 Block of Pulkinen Road in Unorganized Township 61r14. The caller reported a side by side rolled over near a turn in the roadway with two people injured.

In 2019, the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office began a partnership with the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to federally deputize select St. Louis County Sheriff’s deputies as members of the USMS North Star Fugitive Task Force.
