County Planning staff to now review parcel creations prior to official recording

The County Board approved a rule change that will give extra protection for anyone buying a parcel of land that has been subdivided, to make sure the land can be used as intended. Planning and Community Development staff will now review all parcel creations and splits prior to the Auditor's Office recording the change.
