Citizens have three methods in which to interact with the board:
- Method 1
- Method 2
- As outlined in the instructions for the WebEx meeting software above, citizens can raise their “virtual hand” if they would like to comment on a specific agenda item. Once recognized, the citizen that raised their hand will be permitted to speak.
- Method 3
- Citizens can leave a voice mail message for the Board by calling 218-726-2110 by 4:00PM the Monday prior to the scheduled meeting. Messages left on this line will be played at the appropriate point in the meeting (Comments about an item not on the agenda will be played at the beginning of the meeting. Comments on a specific agenda item will be played during the Board’s discussion of that item.) Please note: Comments should be directed to the entire Board, not any individual commissioner. Comments should be limited to 5 minutes. Comments containing profanity or other disrespectful language that would not be allowed at a meeting will not be shared.
