The Kenneth Clark case is the first of the Duluth SAKI cases to be tried before a jury with the result being a guilty verdict of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree. With this newly discovered powerful DNA evidence, on June 20, 2019, a St. Louis County jury found Clark guilty after approximately two hours of deliberation.
