The Customer/Client Complaint Procedure has been developed to provide the public a way to submit a complaint if they have not been treated in a respectful, courteous or timely manner.

First Choice

If the complaint involves a particular employee, that employee's supervisor will work to resolve the complaint. To speak to the supervisor of the involved employee, please call (Mon-Fri 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.):

Select Option 1 for 'All Social Service Programs...'
Select the option related to the service you need assistance with.
Tell the representative that you need to speak to a supervisor.
