Important notice for visitors to the Courthouse in Duluth: effective Monday, March 30, the 2nd Street entrance will be closed to the public. Visitors may enter the building through the main entrance off the Civic Center/Priley Drive or via the skywalk from the 3rd Street ramp.

Fingerprinting appointments are available on Tuesday each week, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., excluding weekends/holidays.

Please be sure to bring a valid picture ID and $30 cash (exact amount), check, or money order. Also, if you have any other paperwork our staff need to sign, bring that with you at the time of your appointment.
