County Board approves details of Mineral Royalties Scholarship program

Commissioners unanimously approved the operating guidelines for the new scholarship program that will be funded by a portion of the minerals royalties the county receives. Beginning this fall, the four 2-year colleges within St. Louis County will each have $37,500 in scholarships to award to students.
