Substance Abuse Prevention & Intervention Initiative (SAPII)

The Substance Abuse Prevention and Intervention Initiative was established by the St. Louis County Board of Commissioners in 2014. The individuals that serve on this initiative provide a wide array of services including: consultation, professional development, community education, and outreach programs.
