MN Housing Capacity Building Grant
St. Louis County PHHS received a one-time grant from MN Housing. Our goal is to enhance staff development and training to build regional capacity in order to meet community needs by developing and implementing a sustainable Motivational Interviewing training program across agencies who support individuals experiencing homelessness who also have mental illness and/or substance use disorder in northern and southern St. Louis County.
