Ordinance Amendments

Ordinance 27 (Land Use) and 46 (Zoning)

The St. Louis County Planning Commission recently initiated amendments to Zoning Ordinance 46 and Comprehensive Plan Ordinance 27. The proposed changes are being distributed for public comment, after which the Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the draft changes and any comments received. Following the public hearing, the Planning Commission will provide a recommendation to the County Board for its consideration.
