2. Property Boundary: Do you know where the property lines are?

3. Land Use: Does the land use district in which the property is located allow the intended use? (contact Planning)

4. Activities: Are there activities present or allowed in the area that may be undesirable to you? (i.e. gravel pits, dog kennels, dusty roads)

5. Conforming Lot: Is the property a conforming lot?  An improperly created lot, building or parcel split can result in the inability to obtain land use permits for structures on new and remnant parcels. (contact Planning)

4. Permits: Have the necessary permits been acquired for all structures and activities on the property (such as building structures or soil disturbing activities. There can be outstanding enforcements against the property that a buyer could be held responsible for bringing into compliance.
