Home Occupation: Business conducted entirely within home or accessory buildings such as computer software developer or home beauty shop.

Home Business: Business conducted on owner’s home property and consistent with rural residential lifestyle and compatible with a neighborhood such as a greenhouse or gift shop.

Conditional Use: Typically on property where owner does not reside and/or has employees and customer traffic. Needs additional controls or restrictions to assure that it is in harmony with neighborhood such as mini storage and dog kennels.
