How Do I Find My Tax Parcel Code?

This information is on your tax statement.  Look for a 12 digit number in the upper right hand portion of your tax statement in the grey shaded area. It will also be on the sale paperwork or the deed.

If you click on this link Property Tax Lookup it will take you to the St. Louis County site where you will be able to look up your Tax Parcel Code and legal description. It's possible your property may still be in the name of the person that you are buying it from.
