As part of St. Louis County’s Sesquicentennial year, the “History Train” will begin its tour of the County in Proctor June 22 to the 25 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In addition, a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Thursday June 22 at 5:00 PM off County 11 and Ugstad Road in Proctor, where officials and the public will be presented with special commemorative items. This event is free and open to the public.
The “History Train” will be bringing history directly to communities this summer in a fully renovated rail car, carrying a new exhibit about St. Louis County’s rich history.
