A nearly two-mile stretch through Duluth’s Hillside neighborhood that will soon receive some much needed upgrades. Most of the work will take place in 2016 and 2017, however beginning this summer three large water mains will be replaced. Yet for all the good that is planned, most of the focus lately has been on the trees.
