Obtaining a Tobacco Products License
The tobacco products license is obtained under Ordinance No. 51 which regulates the sale, possession and use of tobacco and tobacco-related devices; mandating yearly compliance checks of all licensees; and establishing penalties and procedures for violations, all in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Chapter 461 (1997). The annual license runs from January 1 to December 31. Fee: $112.00.
