Land Use Division
Land Use is responsible for the administration and enforcement of land use regulations including conducting studies and analysis related to land use planning and the issuance of permits. 

Community Development Division

Community Development administers the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development’s community planning and development programs, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program, Emergency Shelter Grants (ESG). Community Development supports activities of the St. Louis County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA).     

Planning, Research, & GIS Division

The Planning, Research, & GIS division facilitates and coordinates the enterprise planning, development, utilization, and integration of Geographic Information System (GIS) technology, geospatial data, and infrastructure across the St. Louis County enterprise system to improve department and overall county management and productivity.
