CDBG Citizen Advisory Committee

The St. Louis County Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) is guided by a nineteen member CDBG Citizens’ Advisory Committee. The Advisory Committee reviews applications for CDBG funding in four categories: housing; economic development, community facilities and public infrastructure; and public services. The Advisory Committee conducts an application review process through public meetings to provide its funding recommendations to the St. Louis County Board.

The public process is held once a year during the month of January. The process includes three public meetings for applicant presentations and interviews and one final public meeting to set the Fiscal Year Funding Recommendation sent to the County Board of Commissioners.
